Welcome to Wayne Tarshis Fine Art

Thank all of you who came to see me this summer at Art-A-Fair. It was very inspiring.   As I look around day to day, I’m constantly inspired by everyday elements. Each day I can’t wait to grab my brushes and start painting.  I find myself drawn towards the sea and feel each movement of every wave with its own character and personality…a freedom of expression. The landscape has a calming and serene affect on my art. Still Life subjects evoke memories of important events while the casual restfull scenes of interiors wash away the stresses of life.

My work shows my love for color and movement applied with varied brush strokes.
